WHEN ARE THE EXPEDITIONS?Upon receiving a scholarship, awardees will have the opportunity to choose an expedition and experience that works best for them. Most expeditions take place in the summer between the first week of Junio and the third week of Agosto, and typically run for 4-15 days depending on the chosen course.

Scranton, West Scranton, Riverside, Old Forge, Mid Valley, and
Valley View to experience the rugged wilderness by participating in the Outward Bound experience!
Applications are accepted via our online scholarship portal from now until

Every year since its creation, the fund has provided several students with a scholarship to participate in the
Outward Bound program.
