Women in Philanthropy’s Spring 2023 Grant Cycle Now Open
Women in Philanthropy (WIP) aspires to engage supporters in collective decision making to help move women from places of disempowerment and poverty to levels of personal empowerment and economic self-sufficiency. This grant cycle will provide the opportunity for organizations working in the focus areas of WIP to receive grants to support their work and advance the goals of WIP.
Spring 2023 Grant Focus Areas
Grants are available for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations doing work in the following areas to engage, empower, and transform the lives of women and girls in our community:
- Civic Engagement & Advocacy
- Financial Education
- Housing
- Childcare
- Mental Health
- STEAM Education
Applications will be accepted until March 17, 2023 at 5:00 PM and will then be reviewed by a committee. Finalists will have the opportunity to present at the WIP Quarterly Meeting in April. Final grant decisions are made via a vote conducted by WIP supporters.
The maximum grant award will be $10,000 though the average grant award will be $5,000.
All WIP grant applications must be accepted through our online grant portal. Paper applications will not be accepted.
