Important Upcoming Training and Community Impact Opportunities for January 2023

Wednesday, January 11th
You’re invited to attend:

“Burnout Free in ’23”

a webinar on handling burnout in the office

People are exhausted from trying to meet end-of-year goals, from supporting friends and loved ones who are struggling, from this overwhelming year that included the Russian invasion of Ukraine, mass shootings in Buffalo and Uvalde, the ongoing pandemic, and on and on.

Katharine Mannings, President of Blackbird DC, has decided to hold this informative webinar after many organizations struggling with similar issues requested her help in navigating burnout in the workplace.

This webinar will cover:

  • how to prioritize ourselves in the midst of fires all around us;
  • practical advice on navigating stressful moments (including family drama and nosy coworkers);
  • long-term shifts that can help you maintain the energy you need to keep doing the important work that you do every day.
