NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative
Established in 2019, the NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative was established as a community initiative by the Scranton Area Community Foundation.
The NEPA AWC is a collective of animal shelters, rescues, sanctuaries, and animal welfare advocates in the region that are interested in coming together to advance various causes in animal welfare and to increase the collective resources available to these agencies.
The NEPA AWC is not a direct service provider, and exists to support the missions of nonprofits in animal welfare, as well as connect these resources to residents within our communities.
