Established in October 2019 by Charles “Bill” Kipp, this field of interest fund is intended to support entities and programs dedicated to: LGBTQ concerns and interest areas, animal welfare, assistance with reintegration into society following incarceration, and other interest areas that are timely and of need can be considered from time to time.
