The NEPA Restaurant Relief Fund was established in early 2021 to support locally-owned restaurants in Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) who have had a demonstrated negative impact from the Covid-19 crisis. In addition to demonstrated need, preference will be given to businesses that operate in and/or serve low to moderate income neighborhoods, and which have a track record of community service. Counties included in the NEPA designation include Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Schuylkill, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming.
