The Lackawanna County Fair and Recreation Authority Fund was established in 2018 by the Lackawanna County Fair and Recreation Authority to support the establishing, organizing, and financing a permenant annual fair and festivals for recreational purposes within Lackawanna County, and securing, developing, and maintaning a permanent fair grounds within Lackawanna County.
