This fund was established in December 2013 by Alice Keisling in memory of her husband Ralph Keisling. Grants from the fund will support programs in Lackawanna County that benefit children and youth services and the alleviation of poverty. Alice Keisling and members of the Keisling family are advisors on grants from this fund.
