This fund was established by the Mayors Prayer Breakfast Committee in December 2012 to encourage civic leadership in the city of Scranton. This fund provides monetary assistance for an individual who has been accepted into the Leadership Lackawanna program and whose employer is not covering the cost, or for a small business owner paying their own way to the program.
