Paul V. Kelly and his children established a scholarship fund in March 1993 in memory of Anne Marie Kelly, their beloved wife and mother. The family added Paul’s name in his memory in 2004. Originally a scholarship fund, the family amended the agreement in 2011 to designate St. Catherine of Siena Parish Youth Ministries and North Pocono Library as benefactors of the fund.
